Danby method
Construction is possible only in the work zone on the road without excavation! A new pipeline is formed inside the existing pipe.
The "Danby Method" is a technique for rehabilitating damaged or aging pipes in sewers, agricultural water systems, and sluice gates without excavation. A rigid PVC strip is fed into the existing pipe from a manhole, and while spirally winding it along the inner surface of the pipe, adjacent strips are joined using a fitting component to form a continuous pipe body. After that, using a spacer for injecting filler material, which is pre-installed above the existing pipe, the filler material is injected into the gap between the strip pipe and the existing pipe, resulting in a composite pipe that is integrated with the existing pipe, exhibiting high strength and water tightness. 【Features】 - Construction is possible only in the work zone on the road without excavation. - A new pipeline is formed on the inner surface of the existing pipe. - Improved chemical resistance and abrasion resistance due to the formation of a rigid PVC pipeline. - Enhanced load capacity, seismic resistance, and flow capacity as a composite pipe integrated with the existing pipe. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
